The Hotline webinar series will provide technical assistance to Certified Domestic Violence Centers on FCADV's Hotline Transfer Policy, including using the webpage or mobile site for transfer reporting and utilizing the phone interpreter services. This call will allow an opportunity for Certified Center administrative staff and advocates to become familiar with the process of reporting center hotline outages to FCADV. The Call will also provide examples of using language service line, Optimal Phone Interpreting, while on a hotline call.
