Domestic Violence Program Evaluation and Database Specialist

Domestic Violence Program Evaluation and Database Specialist possesses, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree and two years experience providing direct services to survivors of domestic violence or a high school/equivalency diploma and three years experience providing direct services to survivors, including data collection. The Specialist will complete data analysis, evaluate FCADV projects, and provide training and technical assistance to Florida certified domestic violence centers on the statewide data collection system. The Specialist will have knowledge of the root causes of violence against women and oppressed groups, and an understanding of the empowerment-based philosophy. An advanced knowledge of domestic violence service’s data collection and grant funded community programs, and performance measures are required. The Specialist possesses skills that allow for working independently and as a team member. Excellent verbal and written skills as well as computer literacy are a requirement.
