In this free, 1.5 hour CPI Project webinar, FCADV's ChildWelfare Initiatives Team will explore the importance of maintaining professional and ethical boundaries while engaging in systems collaboration. First, we will explore the definition of systems collaboration and why a coordinated community response is the best model for batterer accountability. Then we will explore ethical and professional boundaries, and finally, we will discuss the challenges, pitfalls, risks, and solutions for always letting your agency's mission and philosophies guide your work, especially when collaborating with other systems that have different missions and philosophies.
This webinar is for certified domestic violence center advocates and community partners, and it is mandatory for CPI Project Co-Located Advocates.
