The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has three critical roles: 1) to work in partnership with the Board of
Directors to provide strategic direction and oversight to the Organization; 2) to achieve the fiscal health
and strategic goals and objectives for the Organization through the overall administration of all
operations; and 3) to serve as the primary external representative of the organization with the
community, media, funding entities, donors and other partners.
The primary responsibility of the CEO will be immersing themselves in the community, generating
private funds, and securing the commitment of others to give to CASA. The ideal candidate will possess
high energy, the natural ability to connect with others, and willingness to work long hours. CASA’s

Position Summary

The President/CEO is responsible for implementing the strategic goals and objectives of RCS.  With the Board Chair, the President/CEO will assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its governance function.  Will give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's mission, fundraising goals, and annual and strategic goals and objectives.  Ensures the fiscal and programmatic integrity of the agency. Represents RCS to the community and solicits support to accomplish organizational objectives.

Victim Advocate - Aid to Victims of Domestic Violence

The Victim Advocate provides direct services to victims of domestic violence in residence and provides crisis intervention to callers on AVDA’s 24-Hour Hotline.
