STARS On-Line Reporting System Instructions (PDF)
This document contains instructions for accessing and reporting in the FCADV STARS on-line reporting system. The system is used to report monthly statistical data on general DV services, the Rural Initiative and the Legal Clearinghouse Project. Access to this data system shall be provided by contacting the FCADV Contract Manager at Contract_Manager@fcadv.org.
